Fountain 0 Likeness Directory: Application and Data Agreement

By continuing, you ask Fountain 0 Inc. to consider you for its Identity Licensing Platform and likeness directory. This agreement covers your application data only. It is not a likeness licence, production agreement, employment offer, or guarantee of selection.
Information we collect
We may collect and store the information you provide, including your name, contact email, country, year of birth, social and professional profile links, creative preferences, biography, screen or modelling experience, agency details, and audience size. We may also review publicly visible information available through the profile links you submit.
How we use your information
We use your information only to operate the Identity Licensing Platform, administer your application, maintain the Fountain 0 likeness directory, communicate with you about your application or potential matches, and evaluate or match your profile with possible Fountain 0 film and television projects.
Intelligent matching
Our systems may analyse and organise your application to help identify suitable projects. A match does not authorize Fountain 0 to use, reproduce, or generate your likeness. Any actual licensing or production use requires a separate contract presented to you for review and signature.
Your privacy
We do not sell your application data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, marketing, or third-party purposes. We may share it only with service providers acting for us where necessary to securely host, process, or operate the Identity Licensing Platform, or where disclosure is required by law.
Storage and retention
We retain your information only for as long as reasonably needed to administer the likeness directory, consider future project matches, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may save a draft and return later. You may change your information before submission. Once submitted, the application is locked in the platform. You may ask Fountain 0 to correct or remove your submitted information through Fountain 0's published contact channels, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Accuracy and age
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. If you are under 18, approval from a parent or legal guardian will be required before any likeness licensing contract can be completed. Submitting this application does not create a licensing contract.
